Pastry Chef
Jacqui Caniglia is the Pastry Chef and owner, of La Charlotte-Caniglia Pastries in Omaha, Nebraska. La Charlotte Bakery is the culmination of Jacqui's culinary training, and passion for food, cooking, and family that began for Jacqui at home in Omaha. Growing up in a family that appreciated neighborhood bakeries and authentic homemade pastries. The long walks with her grandparents and pastries in the old Dundee neighborhood of Omaha also sparked Jacqui's passion and love of quality breads, fresh fruits and great pastry. Her intuitive palette is evident in the unmistakable quality and taste of fresh ingredients that are essential in everything produced at La Charlotte.
Jacqui graduated from the Baltimore International Culinary College in 1995. She attended both the Culinary arts program and the baking and pastry program.
Apprentice Chef
Joe Rynes is an Apprentice Chef at La Charlotte, Caniglia Pastries. Currently Joe helps in all parts of the Bakery. His attention to detail and artisan pastry have helped produce the high quality desserts that Caniglia Pastries strives for. Joe is currently attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
